My experience at Sorrel River Ranch had its ups and downs. The location is absolutely breathtaking, but the rooms felt outdated and the service left something to be desired. The dining options were decent, but not quite worth the price. Overall, while there are many beautiful aspects to the ranch, I wouldn’t recommend it for the price you pay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms, while decorated in a charming western theme, were in need of renovation and didn't match the luxury I expected. Some cleanliness issues, such as flies, detracted from the experience.
Service
5.0
Service was a mixed bag, with some staff going above and beyond while others seemed indifferent. I experienced long waits and issues with charges that made the whole experience frustrating.
Location
9.0
The location is stunning, set along the river, and definitely the highlight of the stay. It's a beautiful drive, but it’s a bit remote if you're looking to explore Moab frequently.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were mostly overpriced and underwhelming, with breakfast being the highlight. We ended up driving into town for better meals, which was disappointing for a resort.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were limited and didn't offer the luxury experience expected at this price point. The pool area was nice, but not enough to make me want to stay around.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming resort, especially the stunning views of the Colorado River. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the dining experience left something to be desired with inconsistent service. While the location is breathtaking and there are plenty of activities available, the value for money wasn't quite there, particularly with the restaurant prices. Overall, it's a lovely place with room for improvement.

Service at the restaurant was quite inconsistent; some staff were attentive while others seemed uninterested. A specific mention goes to David, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay.

The dining experience was hit or miss. Although the food was good, the service was lacking, and it often felt overpriced for what we received.

I had an amazing time at this ranch, surrounded by stunning views and a sense of seclusion. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience special, especially the excursions that were well-organized and fun. However, I found the dining options to be a bit lackluster. Overall, it was a beautiful retreat, but the food could use some improvement.

Our family vacation at the ranch was filled with unforgettable moments! The stunning views and the staff's dedication truly made our stay special. While we encountered a disappointing dining experience, the horseback riding and interactions with the animals were highlights. Overall, the setting is perfect for making lasting memories, but the dining could certainly use some improvement.

The resort has a breathtaking location with stunning views and a sense of seclusion that makes it feel like a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The rooms offer incredible views of the surrounding nature, but they are in desperate need of a renovation. Dining options are great, but improvements can be made for a better overall experience. The staff is friendly and provides helpful service, although there were a few inconsistencies during my stay.

Rooms

While the rooms are spacious and offer incredible views, they are in need of a renovation and felt dated for the price.
